1. Who you're dealing with

These terms are between you and Silviya Ivanova, trading as sissi nova, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("I", "me"). Contact: [email protected]. By using my website, the 3 Q's Ad Audit or buying a product, you agree to these terms and to my Privacy Policy.

2. What I offer

• The 3 Q's Ad Audit: a free online tool that scores the campaign numbers you enter against my method.
• Meta Ads Skills: a digital product with Claude skills, a guide and bonuses, delivered as a download.
• Waitlists: free sign-ups to hear first when a product opens.

3. No guaranteed results

My audit, skills and content are education and guidance, based on my own method and experience. Benchmarks are reference points, not promises. Ad results depend on your offer, market, budget, creative, timing and many things outside my control. Nothing I offer is financial, legal or tax advice. Results I share from clients are real, but they are not typical or guaranteed.

4. Buying a product

• Prices are shown on the sales page, in US dollars. Ziina processes the payment. Your bank may convert the currency and charge its own fees.
• After payment, you get the download by email, usually within minutes. If it doesn't arrive within an hour, check your spam folder, then email me.
• Meta Ads Skills needs the Claude app on a plan that supports skills, which you pay for separately to Anthropic. The requirements are listed on the sales page. Please check them before you buy.

5. The 14-day refund promise

If Meta Ads Skills isn't right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of buying and I'll refund the full price. No forms. I may decline a refund when a product is clearly being misused, for example shared or resold. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Ziina.

6. How you can use the product

• You can use Meta Ads Skills for yourself and your own business, or businesses you own.
• Please don't share, resell, upload or publish the skills, the guide or the bonuses, in full or in part, or use them to build a competing product.
• Agencies and freelancers who want to use the skills for client work: email me first.
• Everything I made stays my intellectual property. What the skills create for your business (copy, plans, reports) is yours.

7. Your ad account, your decisions

The skills are built to read your Meta ad data, not to change it. You decide what to publish, pause or spend. You're responsible for your ad account, your budget, your landing pages and following Meta's advertising policies and the laws that apply to your business.

8. Third-party tools

My products work with tools I don't control, including Claude (Anthropic), Meta, HighLevel and Ziina. If one of them changes or stops working, I'll do my best to update my product, but I can't be responsible for their services.

9. Updates and support

Buyers get free updates to the version they bought. Support is by email for setup issues, technical problems and refunds.

10. Liability

As far as the law allows, my total liability to you for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it. I'm not liable for lost profits, lost ad spend or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one on this page on the day you bought.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
